Key Responsibilities:
- Measure buildings and sites accurately using tools like total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Do measurements before construction starts and after it’s done to help with planning and design.
- Set up reference points and layout lines based on building plans.
- Make sure walls, ceilings, and utilities are placed correctly.
- Collect and process measurements using software like AutoCAD or Revit.Create drawings, reports, and 3D models to help the design and construction teams.
- Work with architects, engineers, designers, and site supervisors to ensure measurements match what’s needed.
- Help solve any issues with the site that might affect the work.
- Keep surveying tools in good condition and make sure they give accurate results.
- Double-check measurements on site to ensure everything is built correctly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Geomatics, Land Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the fit-out, interior, or construction industry.
- Proficient in surveying tools and software (e.g., Leica, Trimble, AutoCAD, Total Station, Civil 3D, Revit).
- Strong understanding of spatial measurements in built environments (walls, ceilings, services).
- Skilled in interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
