Social Media Account Manager
*Key Responsibilities:*
~Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
~Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, etc.) for all platforms.
~Collaborate with production, sales, and recruitment teams for campaign launches and content calendars.
~Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize content accordingly.
~Manage social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, IG Boosts, etc.) when needed.
S~tay updated on trends in art and design, pop culture, and social media.
*Qualifications:*
~Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
~Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategies, and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar schedulers).
~Excellent writing and storytelling skills — creative, witty, and able to adapt to brand tone.
~Visual eye — basic graphic design/video editing skills are a big plus (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
~Highly organized and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
~A strong understanding of how to engage with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
