About the Role:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Social Media & E-commerce Marketing Manager to spearhead our online presence and drive sales growth. This is a multifaceted role encompassing all aspects of our marketing department, from initial product photography to final sales conversion across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of success in driving online sales and building engaging social media communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute E-commerce Sales Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive sales strategies for major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, as well as exploring and leveraging other relevant online marketplaces to maximize revenue generation. This includes optimizing product listings, running targeted advertising campaigns, and managing customer inquiries and orders.
- Holistic Marketing Management: Assume full responsibility for the marketing department's activities, encompassing:
- Product Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of products to showcase their appeal and functionality.
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop engaging and informative content (text, graphics, video) tailored to each platform's audience and algorithm.
- Content Scheduling & Optimization: Manage a detailed content calendar and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement across all platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement. Generate regular reports to analyze performance and inform future strategies.
- Social Media Strategy & Community Building:
- Define and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and target key demographics on various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
- Build and nurture online communities, engaging with followers and responding to comments and inquiries promptly.
- Platform Management & Optimization:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for each platform.
- Optimize content and campaigns for maximum reach, visibility, and engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and e-commerce marketing. Proven success in driving online sales is essential.
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, photo/video editing software, and e-commerce platform backends (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles, SEO, and online advertising.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for achieving ambitious goals.
- Amenable to working in Cupang, Antipolo City.
