The Social Media Officer conceptualizes content, create and manage various digital medium to establish and maintain a high digital presence for the hotel.
- Handle all social media accounts
- Create engaging social media content
- Evaluate current and potential plans and strategies for online platforms by assessing current online and digital marketing production and comparing with the current trend in order to increase the online presence of the Company.
- Recommend strategies to help create brand awareness, retain customers, acquire potential clients, enhance customer engagement through social media and other online platforms
- Develop and manage the Hotel’s website keeping information and contents relevant and updated and ensuring ease in navigation
- Provide quick and timely responses and immediate communication to online inquiries
- Maintain records and files of all contracts with online partnership
- Prepare and submit a budget for online, social media and digital expenses (e.g. subscriptions, equipment, internet fees)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in courses such as Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Business Management, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a similar role is preferred
