Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement content calendars and campaign plans.
- Content Creation – Create and manage engaging text, image, and video content.
- Platform Management – Handle profiles across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Community Engagement – Respond to comments/messages and foster audience interaction.
- Analytics & Reporting – Track performance and suggest improvements.
- Trend Monitoring – Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools.
- Collaboration – Coordinate with internal teams to align messaging.
- Digital Marketing Support – Assist in campaigns and content for broader digital efforts.
- Customer Support – Address inquiries and issues via social channels.
- Multimedia Content – Produce visuals, videos, and written posts for digital use.
Skills Required
- Excellent in Canva, Photoshop, Copywriting, Social Media content video editing
- Experience or background in in social media content production
