Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns to drive growth
- Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns
- Customize and maintain landing pages using WordPress and Go High Level
- Monitor and track leads, demo bookings, and conversions to assess ROI and campaign effectiveness
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the daily operations of Facebook and Instagram pages
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging and brand-aligned content
- Respond to comments and messages, fostering community interaction and customer engagement
- Stay updated on social media trends and apply insights to enhance brand visibility
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and campaign management
- Proficiency in WordPress for landing page creation and customization
- Advanced knowledge of Go High Level CRM for automation and lead tracking
- Skilled in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and paid social media strategy
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational abilities
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and generate report
