Qualifications:
- Has Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Design or equivalent
- Has six (6) months to one (1) year relevant work experience in graphic design or multimedia design
- Must be proficient in Design Composition, Graphic Design, Video Rendering, and use of different platforms such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and the like.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have the ability to multi-task effectively
- Must be flexible, highly motivated, and committed
- Must be a team player who can work with minimal supervision
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content planning, copywriting, creative directing, scheduling & posting for all Maple Grove social media pages
- Prepares social media analytics and provide corresponding insights
- Ensures coverage of events on social media
- Oversees inbox and comments on all social media assets to ensure all inquiries are answered on a timely manner
- Responds to client inquiries and provides project info, developments, and other necessary assistance to clients
- Assisting in lead endorsements, ensuring client database is effectively collated
- Oversees phone & online inquiries, and endorsement of leads during weekends and holidays
