Job Details:
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Content Creation and Management: Designing, creating, and curating engaging content for various social media platforms.
● Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and queries from followers to foster a sense of community.
● Strategic Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.
● Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
● Social Media Advertising: Create and manage social media advertising campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
● Creative thinking and content development skills.
● Analytical skills to interpret data and track performance.
● Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within different departments
● Must be willing to work in a US time zone.
