Are you a creative, organized, and results-driven social media pro? We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to help our Loan Officers grow their online presence and connect with local communities across the U.S.
Remote | Multi-Account Management
What You’ll Do:
- Plan and schedule 2–3 posts per week per client
- Engage with audiences on Instagram and Facebook
- Interact with up to 10K accounts daily (follows, likes, story replies, targeted comments) to boost visibility—must avoid flags and follow IG best practices
- Collaborate with local influencers and community pages
- Create/edit short-form videos (CapCut, InShot)
- Write tailored, engaging captions
- Manage multiple content calendars
- Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Build landing pages in WordPress (critical)
- Track performance and share weekly reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing IG/FB business accounts
- Deep knowledge of the IG algorithm and mass engagement strategies
- Strong video editing and writing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Hands-on WordPress experience—especially landing pages
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (a plus)
- Meta ads and U.S. client experience preferred
- Real estate or mortgage knowledge is a bonus
