This is a full-time on-site role located in Iloilo for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative. As a Spanish-speaking CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through phone and email. You will be addressing customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving issues in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
QualificationsFluent in spoken and written Spanish and English
Experience in customer service, call center, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications
