Key accountabilities:
Weigh all raw materials for premix production. Conforms to guidelines on safety, cGMP, food safety, and company rules and regulations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Weigh raw material for premix production.
· Do mixing and blending of weighed ingredients.
· Ensure all premix are properly mixed, label and sealed
· Work diligently to reduce wastage during the weighing of ingredients and ensure the correct weight per ingredients.
· Maintain cleanliness in the production area. Conduct pre sanitation and post sanitation in the work station.
· Ensure cleanliness and compliance with FSSC standards while working inside the plant
· Accomplish daily activity record
· Assist team leader during month-end inventory
· Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc
· Perform other task assigned by R&D Supervisor
Essential Requirement and Competencies:
· At least high school graduate
· Core competencies required for the position
· Willing to do a physical activity such as weighing and carrying of heavy ingredients (max of 20kg)
· With basic understanding on unit of measure such as kilo and grams
· Willing to work on shifting schedule
