Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitates the inventory count schedule
- Conduct analysis for the inventory variance
- Keeping inventory records & documents receive for traceability
- Provide weekly inventory of consumable and local purchases (Non BOM)
- Generate weekly requisition of consumable and local purchase Inventory (Non BOM)
- Daily issuance of consumables and local purchase Inventory (Non BOM)
- System Transaction and monitoring
- Monitor accuracy of storage location per material
- Ensure unauthorized person do not access the store
- Monitor the actual consumption vs. requirement for indirect materials
- Generate EHS report
- Provide a list of materials for condemnation for customer approval before disposal
- Provide assessment of the stock adjustment request
