Summary:
The Student Development and Activities Assistant supports in overseeing learning support programs and activities. This position aides in the official student organizations with regards to the accreditation, monitoring and audit of their activities, implementing student leadership and other development programs. He/she is also charged with ensuring compliance of students to administrative and academic policies, maintaining and monitoring scholarship records of students and providing assistance to foreign students in coping with academic concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services, or any related field.
- Preferably with at least a year of experience working in an academic setting or with student leadership experience.
- Knowledgeable in student development and activities management.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Can plan and organize student activities and organizations.
- Willing to report in Clark, Pampanga.
- Willing to start immediately.
