JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Planning-Plans to established goals in meeting the set objectives and targets by using the available time and resources to reduced wastages.(Work Activity, Allocation of resources, Budgeting).
- Leading-Leads subordinates. Monitors progress, evaluates outcomes and improves section/group’s efficiency and effectiveness.(Monitoring, Updating, Verifying).
- Organizing-Organizes work activities and assignments and allocation of resources across the section/group. Assigns work to others taking into consideration priorities, employees’ workloads and skills and the work that needs to be accomplished. ( Gantt chart, Activity Schedule, Delegation
- Motivation-Motivates subordinates working at their most efficient levels to be more productive and quality oriented. Identifies appropriate training needs and conducts orientation, coaching and counseling for employee’s development.
- Controlling-Controls and observe the performance of subordinates so that potential problems can be identified in a timely manner and corrective action can be taken when necessary. Implements corrective or preventive actions to bring the section/group activities into compliance with management plan. Improves preventive and corrective actions to avoid recurrence of the problem.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Engineering or any related course.
- Having BOSH & COSH 40 hours Mandatory Training and 40 hours Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training are an advantage.
- Proficient in using MS Office Application.
- Having an experience as supervisory is an advantage.
- Strong personality.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Attentive, flexible and hardworking.
- Willing to render an overtime.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php31,000.00 per month
