Job Summary:
- Overall in-charge of projects site maintenance
- Supervise all the daily tasks of site maintenance personnel
- Assists unit owners on queries with regards to renovation
- Handles complaints with regards to water, Home Owners Association (HOA) & etc.
- Check monthly daily attendance record (DTR) of security guards and site maintenance.
- Process monthly utilities such as Meralco billing, garbage collection billing.
- Distributes monthly request of office supplies of the department.
- Prepares and issues renovation permits/construction bond.
- In-charge of turn over keys to unit owner after acceptance.
- Prepare documents of transmittal to head office such as billings, renovation permits & etc.
- Close coordination with Property Management staff, Accounting & Billing Dept., Contruction Management Unit with regards to water installation, HOA concerns and Meralco application.
- Handles petty cash given by Immediate Head and receipts for replenishment.
- Inspects of house improvement/renovation for refund of construction bond.
- Updates of acceptance, Construction bond and Authority to Move-in.
- Performs other tasks maybe assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- With at least 5 years experience specializing Property Management or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interface management skills
- Proficient in communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Team player with ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- With good working attitude, pro-active and results-driven
