Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys and measurements for construction, engineering, and design purposes.
- Operate surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, leveling instruments, drones).
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain survey data, maps, and reports.
- Establish site control points and boundaries according to project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy.
- Verify survey data against project drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer / Surveyor (an advantage).
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of surveying software and equipment (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
