PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for strategic full-cycle recruiting and employer branding. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, planning of interview & and selection procedures, participating in any career events, and identifying what exactly about the company makes it engaging to candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or any business-related course.
- With at least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and pre-onboarding).
- With well-established networks (government agencies, schools/universities, professional associations/ organizations, social media, etc.)
- Resourceful, Analytical, Creative and innovative on social media in terms of branding, recruiting, and hiring campaigns
- Willing to be based in Tanza, Cavite
