Responsibilities
- Managed Team PD, resource allocation and resources availability
- Do performance tracking for Casepickers and Replen Operators
- Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires.
- Ensure that the safety and quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis;
- Ensure that all staff under charge are qualified, fit and able to perform their duties and have the correct PPE to carry out their tasks;
- Conducts 121, coaching and counselling to his team members
- Create One Pager Report, Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis on Safety Incidents
- Creates productivity reports and analysis
- Managed WMS transaction and troubleshooting activities
- Ensure that all quality related findings are properly investigated, resolved and reported thru generation of Quality Alert Report
- Enforce proper 5S and area Standards.
- Ensure consistent visibility on-floor (Feet on floor)
- Conducts WI refresher
Requirements
- With at least minimum of 2 years experience on Supply Chain / Warehousing Industry
- At least minimum of 1 year experience under DHL Supply Chain (For Internal Hiring)
- Has strong people management skills
- Flexible and adaptable to fast face environment
- Can work on less supervision
- Has good Communication and Analytical skills
- Has knowledge on WMS and MS Application
- Has experience on managing
- Has good reporting abilities
