The candidate must be willing to undergo 1-month training in Pasig City, with food and lodging allowance provided during this period.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Leader to join our operations team at Pares Kalye Express - Pasig City. The Team Leader plays a key role in overseeing store operations, supporting the Restaurant Manager, and ensuring excellent service and food quality are delivered at all times. This position is ideal for experienced crew members ready to take the next step in their leadership career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily store operations across all stations (kitchen, dining, cashier, dispatch).
- Ensure consistent Food, Service, and Cleanliness (FSC) standards throughout the shift.
- Lead and motivate team members to meet performance goals and deliver great customer experiences.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensure timely service recovery.
- Coordinate crew schedules, task assignments, and monitor attendance and shift readiness.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in stock receiving and rotation.
- Monitor sales performance, validate POS transactions, and ensure cash handling compliance.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with store and government regulations.
- Report shift concerns, incidents, and performance updates to the Restaurant Manager.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years of experience in a quick-service or restaurant operations environment.
- Prior experience in a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Senior Crew role is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory handling, and basic POS system usage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and able to handle service recovery situations.
- With good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in Pasig City and on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays.
