• Performs set-up qualification in accordance with applicable operating procedures.
• Supports the reliability engineer in resolving equipment issues.
• Performs bench testing for biased set up such as HTOL, HAST, THB and PTC.
• Performs daily equipment and biased set-up monitoring
• Provide data logs as requested by Rel Engineers.
• Performs ESD and Latch up testing.
• Performs board checking, qualification, and repair
• Maintains inventory of boards and components.
• Perform calibration, maintenance and repair of reliability stress chambers.
• Assist Reliability Engineers in performing experiment for root cause analysis.
