JOB OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the conceptualization, planning, and execution of corporate events, overseeing the development and maintenance of key account relationships, and strategizing regional branding initiatives. The role demands a dynamic professional capable of managing multiple marketing projects and establishing strong connections with clients to boost sales, brand presence, and event success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.1 Corporate Event Conceptualization & Execution
1.1.1 Lead the ideation and conceptualization of corporate events, ensuring alignment with company objectives and branding guidelines.
1.1.2 Manage end-to-end event planning including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
1.1.3 Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the event experience reflects the company’s values and goals.
1.1.4 Monitor post-event feedback to measure success and areas for improvement.
1.1.5 Stay current on event trends, tools, and technologies to integrate into event strategies.
2.1 Key Account Client Management:
2.1.1 Maintain and build relationships with key account clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
2.1.2 Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and identifying new growth opportunities.
2.1.3 Develop tailored marketing strategies and campaigns to support client goals and drive revenue.
2.1.4 Regularly review sales performance metrics, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
2.1.5 Collaborate with the sales team to cross-sell or upsell services/products to existing clients.
2.1.6 Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to strengthen relationships and ensure retention.
3.1 Regional Branding Conceptualization:
3.1.1 Design and execute regional branding strategies to enhance market presence and reach.
3.1.2 Analyze regional market trends and customer behavior to adapt branding strategies effectively.
3.1.3 Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging across all regional marketing materials and channels.1.1.4 Oversee regional social media campaigns, digital advertising, and community engagement initiatives.
3.1.4 Collaborate with local influencers, media partners, and stakeholders to amplify regional brand visibility.
4.1 People Management & Development:
4.1.1 Leads the Marketing Team in creating an atmosphere that lives the JTC missions, vision & values.
4.1.2 Ensures achievement of targeted competency levels.

4.1.3 Achieving Marketing Team Effectiveness Through
4.1.3.1 Constant communication and coordination among marketing team members.

5.1 Collaboration & Reporting:
51.1 Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
5.1.2 Provide regular reports on marketing initiatives, including event performance, key account success, and regional branding metrics.
5.1.3 Analyze ROI and KPIs for events, key account campaigns, and regional branding efforts.
6.1 Job Qualifications: Education and Experience :
6.1.1 A Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
6.1.2 At least 5 year experience in Sales, preferably with a medical equipment sales background.
6.1.3 At least 5 to 10 year Managerial experience

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
