Responsible in leading and building the assigned account towards achieving the set key performance metrics and maintaining cost efficiency and profitability
Ensuring achievement of sales objectives across all regions.
Responsible for the growth and development of all the staff in the assigned account by providing equal opportunities for coaching & training in skills, aptitude and attitude and promotions.
