As a Specialty Product Analyst in our Trade & Working Capital unit at the Philippines Corporate Center, you will play a vital role in facilitating international trade. You will work within a global team to process trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and International Chamber of Commerce rules. Our 'originate to distribute' model leverages a network of banks and investors to maximize client financing while adding shareholder value and mitigating counterparty risk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in team management by co-facilitating huddles and meetings, planning leaves, managing daily work priorities, and providing regular feedback.
- Ensure transactions comply with JPMorgan Chase policies and International Chamber of Commerce rules, such as UCP600, ISBP, and URR 725.
- Monitor transaction queues, assign tasks, and ensure completion with high quality as per service level agreements.
- Identify and escalate red flags, regulatory issues, OFAC, and AML compliance breaches.
- Collaborate with transaction processing teams to adopt best practices and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and partners in Sales, Service, and Product.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understand process orientation and implications of upstream and downstream activities.
- Perform detailed research and resolve issues.
- Actively participate in new projects and maintain compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and local regulatory rules.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Understanding of US regulations and OFAC compliance.
- Ability to work in any shift as necessary.
