QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree, preferably in Engineering
- At least 2 years of work experience as a Trainer in a manufacturing setup
- Preferably with experience in basic knowledge of quality tools
- Preferably with experience and background in ISO standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiates programs that will enhance the skills and habits of newly hired employees both DL & IDL, and drive development of existing thru appropriate trainings.
- Coordinates training plan with HR, concerned department for IDL and with Workshop trainers for DL.
- Collaboration with Global in support to LOFT program.
- Monitor Training set KPI's vs. targets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
