Job Summary:
The Accounting Staff will assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with company policies and government regulations. This position is ideal for newly graduated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Help in reconciling bank statements and monitoring account balances.
- Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- File and organize accounting records and documents.
- Assist in processing payroll, tax filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding billing and payments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
