What is your mission?
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Underwriter/Acquisition Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial real estate investments and advanced financial modeling skills. You will play a key role in preparing acquisition and disposition models, conducting market research, analyzing financial data, and supporting due diligence efforts to drive strategic investment decisions.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Prepare acquisition and disposition financial models.
- Assist in the development of supplemental financial modeling tools.
- Review financial data and property operating statements against budgets and benchmarks.
- Analyze and forecast existing investments to provide business plan recommendations.
- Perform macroeconomic and property-specific research; assist in market analysis and trend monitoring.
- Support property due diligence, including reviewing and analyzing historical financials.
- Provide ad hoc project and analytical support as needed.
Who are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate investments and financial modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Office 365 tools.
- Ability to start immediately.
- Excellent English communication skills.
