Job Overview:
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator / Admin Assistant to join our team and support a growing account in the property management industry. This role is essential to the smooth operation of daily maintenance activities and administrative functions across departments. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career within a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance Coordination

  • Monitor and manage incoming maintenance service requests.

  • Schedule services in coordination with property managers and vendors.

  • Track job progress and ensure timely completion of work orders.

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager by compiling reports and addressing escalations.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and file organization.

  • Perform data entry tasks and assist with administrative requirements of other teams.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external contacts to ensure efficient task execution.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Coordinator in a property management company.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Experience working with property managers, tenants, and third-party vendors.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort in using technology platforms.

  • Willingness to perform both core duties and occasional administrative support tasks.

  • Clear interest in long-term employment and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with property management software such as Maintenance IQ (Yardi) or similar platforms.
