- Validates the completeness & accuracy of the stocks layed out by pickers based on the invoice prior to dispatching.
- Coordinates with warehouse operation for the completion of stocks preparation. Ensures no mixed-up of stocks in the loading area.
- Screen out goods that are off-standard (e.g. damaged, expired, wrong product description, etc.) from being dispatched.
- Updates the Invoice Transmittal for validated invoices and ensures accuracy of the input information.
