Reporting directly to the FMD Manager, the Utilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring 100% uptime and availability of utilities equipment with zero downtime and ensuring safety compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years engineering experience in building and equipment maintenance.
- Engineering Graduate, prefrerably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Graduate. Licensed Engineer is required.
- Technical Know-how: Mechanical Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary and Irrigtation, and Fire Protection System
- 40 Hours related training experiences
- People-handling skills
