- At least high school graduate or graduate of any 2-year vocational course preferably with TESDA certificate or NC II;
- With at least 2-3 year professional experience as a Driver;
- With at least 1-2 year extensive work experience as an MC Mechanic;
- With good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills;
- With Professional Driver's License and with restriction code 1,2,3;
- Knows basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Trustworthy and with integrity;
