QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least college level in any course
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in van selling
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG distribution
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to travel or be assigned outside of Cagayan de Oro
- Highly trainable
- With driver’s license and can drive
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute sales functions and promote products to sari-sari stores, wholesalers, market stalls, and selected ex-truck accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure excellent availability and merchandising of all Limac Enterprises Inc. products across client accounts, including managing customer stock levels, handling deliveries and B.O. pull-outs, managing operational expenses, and immediate account concerns.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas as set by management, continuously monitoring sales performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Perform thorough distribution selling in the assigned area of coverage and perform the basic call procedures of distribution selling.
- Collaborate effectively within the sales team, contributing to a positive environment by offering and receiving feedback constructively, fostering team spirit, and supporting colleagues in achieving common goals.
- Stay responsive to the evolving demands of the market and industry trends, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn new procedures and sales strategies.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
