Administrative Support:
- Maintain office files, records, and documents (both physical and electronic).
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for management and employees.
- Prepare and distribute memos, notices, and other internal communications.
- Provide general office support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records (e.g., personal information, employment history, and attendance).
- Assist in new employee onboarding, including orientation and preparation of necessary documents.
- Prepare and update employee contracts, benefits, and other HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll by collecting timekeeping data and confirming attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR processes.
- Support employee performance management and feedback processes, including record keeping and monitoring timelines.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Provide assistance with employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and compensation.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance company culture and morale.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns or complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in ensuring that all HR practices are in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports on employee attendance, performance, and other HR metrics as required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
