Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content (from previews, reels, short clips to long-form videos) that aligns with brand goals and marketing requests.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment for both studio and on-site shoots.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure video concepts and timelines are aligned.
- Manage the timeline of the creatives team and ensure all members follow the agreed project schedule.
- Produce initial storyboards or scenario plans for each content piece and secure approval before proceeding with edits or changes.
- Edit, refine, and polish videos to make them engaging and informative — including adding sound effects, location tags, and other creative elements.
- Perform color grading and final edits to ensure polished, professional output.
- Ensure finalized videos meet formatting, technical, and branding specifications for upload or distribution.
- Suggest and apply creative visual ideas or storytelling techniques to enhance viewer engagement.
- Manage file organization, backups, and timely delivery of assets.
- Ensure smooth shoot operations and on-time completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Film Media, Broadcasting, Production, or any related courses.
- Proficient in professional video production, including:
- Camera operation
- Studio setups & lighting
- On-site and studio filming
- Skilled in video editing and color grading to produce polished, high-quality output.
- Experienced in scripting or scenario planning to align with internal teams and timelines.
- Creative and proactive — not afraid to suggest unique visual ideas or storytelling techniques.
- Reliable and punctual, with flexibility in working hours and scheduling.
