Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate and timely encoding of warehouse data including inventory movements, receipts, and dispatches, supporting efficient warehouse operations and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Encode and update inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify physical stock against system records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of warehouse documents.
- Assist in periodic inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience
1–2 years of experience in data encoding, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Excel and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
