Position: Wastewater Operator - Dressing Plant

Full Time - Shifting Schedule
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Wastewater Operator responsible for operating, maintaining, and ensuring the efficient performance of the Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) in the Dressing Plant. The ideal candidate must have knowledge in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment related to wastewater operations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Technology or any related course
- Preferably with at least 2 years of related work experience in wastewater treatment operations
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical test equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance procedures
- Willing to be assigned in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City
Responsibilities:
- Operate all Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) equipment and controls
- Perform minor and/or major repair of all electrical and mechanical equipment within WWTF
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance and observe proper repair procedures for all equipment
- Perform ocular inspections and monitor mechanical equipment needing repair or maintenance
- Follow occupational safety and health standards and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the Wastewater Treatment Facility
