Job Description – Welder
Position Overview:
The Welder is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment by applying appropriate welding techniques. The role ensures all welding activities meet safety standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures.
- Operate welding equipment such as arc, MIG, TIG, or gas welding machines.
- Join, fabricate, and repair metal structures, frames, pipelines, and equipment.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with standards.
- Select appropriate welding materials and tools based on job requirements.
- Follow safety protocols, maintain a clean work environment, and wear proper PPE.
- Perform routine maintenance of welding equipment and report malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a welder (NC II certification is an advantage).
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick, flux-core, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and prolonged standing.

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: 700 daily

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,200.00 per month
