Wellness Lead
Key Competencies:
Empathy and compassion, Confidentiality and ethical practice, Crisis intervention skills, Strong organizational and time management skills, and Adaptability and flexibility to meet the needs of a dynamic workforce
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Certified Wellness Coach or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Proven experience in providing individual and group coaching, particularly in supporting individuals exposed to traumatic or disturbing content.
Understanding of mental health challenges associated with content moderation work.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Roles and Responsibilities
Administration of wellness activities and wellness program compliance by project team.
Align with leads on current wellbeing initiatives and report site trends/issues
Identify and escalate trends and issues to operations staff and team as appropriate
Develop & Deliver educational trainings and wellness activities for Operations staff
Create newsletters and communications on wellness programs
Coordinate and schedule wellness activities such as yoga, group sessions, meditation, fitness sessions etc.
Floor walks and check-ins with the teams
Work with the wellness committee / council within the organization around compliance, other metrics and calibrate the wellness program with the team based on feedback
Wellness program orientation for new joiners / backfills
Refresher trainings for the agents on the program to educate them on the benefits of the program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
