DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable function.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers.
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments and transactions.
- Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable aging and cash flow.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial audits.
- Support other finance-related tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
