Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains records of all financial transactions
- Prepares and reviews checks and check vouchers
- Releases checks to suppliers and/or contractors
- Prepares cash position reports and bank reconciliation
- Reviews documents needed for processing of payment to suppliers and contractors
- Coordinates with the auditor (internal and external) in the periodic audit of the Condominium’s books
- Checks/reviews billing statements before distribution
- Handles inventory of office supplies
- Ensures the payments/remittance of mandated government transactions such as EWT, RET VAT, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in Cebu City (Mandani Bay Suites)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (with strong internship experience)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2-year experience
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
