Ensure the smooth operation of the building facilities containing commercial properties. Oversee the maintenance and security of the building, affirm that all aspects of the properties are functioning efficiently
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Property Management or equivalent
- With at least 2 years of experience as Building Admin including exposure in security, housekeeping, admin, communication with contractors and all facets
- Must be accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO)
- Good knowledge in regulatory compliance including LLDA, environmental laws and waste management
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across all organizational levels
- Adept in creating comprehensive technical reports and maintaining accurate regulatory files
- Can start as soon as possible
