Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Hours: 8 hours daily
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive outbound lead generation and prospecting efforts across the European and U.S. markets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B outreach who is comfortable sourcing, qualifying, and initiating contact with potential clients. You’ll help lay the groundwork for our sales pipeline by managing outreach campaigns and setting the stage for deeper sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Lead Research & Prospecting
- Identify and source qualified leads using tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, and other platforms
- Verify contact details and keep lead databases clean and updated
B. Email Outreach Campaigns
- Create and manage outbound email sequences using platforms like Instantly.ai or Mailshake
- Monitor replies, nurture engaged leads, and coordinate warm handovers to the sales team
C. Cold & Warm Calling
- Make outbound cold and warm calls to initiate contact with decision-makers
- Use provided scripts and tailor messaging to resonate with various industries and regions
D. Strategy & Optimization
- Recommend outreach strategies, tools, and campaign improvements to enhance conversion rates
- Share lead engagement insights and suggest adjustments to targeting or messaging
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Mailshake, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with international B2B markets, especially the US and Europe
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or tech-related industries
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
