Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Business Growth Team Head to lead our sales operations and drive sustainable business expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategic direction, achieving sales and collection targets, and ensuring operational excellence while fostering a strong customer relationship culture.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage all sales processes and initiatives
- Interact with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Present and analyze sales performance data for team and management
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure retention and repeat business
- Set sales objectives and motivate the team to reach them
- Participate in training, development, and company events
- Ensure compliance with all internal SOPs and company policies
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Production and Collection Targets:
- Lead efforts to meet production and collection goals
- Drive business development and product expansion initiatives
2. Review and Alignment:
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements
- Hold regular weekly alignment meetings (Level 10)
3. Reporting and Monitoring:
- Ensure ISO compliance
- Update Production and Collection Reports
- Lead SOP codification efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Computer literate and comfortable with reporting tools
