Works with leadership from a consultative and facilitative perspective, helping define and drive strategically focused transformational change and deliver improved business results through execution of established process steps. Engages with key stakeholders to define business requirements and associated processes, identify and quantify process variances, analyze variance cause and effect, isolate issue root cause and develop, test, refine and pilot sustainable improvement solutions. Defines and ensures implementation of process control plans to govern solution implementation and ongoing evaluation.
Provides Business Process support within a defined organizational area or for assigned processes or process components.
Engages with functional / operational leaders to understand business systems, processes, objectives, challenges and areas for improvement.
Partners with internal and / or external process / design experts to: Create new processes, policies and solutions to support business objectives.
Develop re-engineering and other improvement objectives, project parameters and resource requirements.
Analyze workflows and identify issues, bottlenecks or other areas for effectiveness or efficiency improvement.
Provide necessary process education and training.
Contributes to the development and analysis of process improvement recommendations by serving as a project team member and supporting efforts of the team.
Ensures adherence to company principles, values, policies, and guidelines.
Works with Legal, HR and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable company policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Process.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
