1. Ensures all approved policies and procedures are properly communicated and in consonance with the WCC’s strategic goals in the campus.
2. Coordinates with the colleges, departments and student organizations to prepare the annual calendar of non-academic and academic activities in the campus.
3. Ensures that students, parents, and stakeholders are well managed and satisfied with the service of WCC.
4. Undertakes assessment of applications filed by student organizations for accreditation. Approves project plans of accredited student organizations in the campus, and acts as an adviser to the Student Council, COMELEC and Chronicle Editorial Board.
5. Recommends with the Dean the appointment and regularization of faculty members to the AVP for Academic Affairs.
6. Recommends with the department head the regularization of staff to the AVP for Operations.
7. Approves recommendations on the participation of any personnel to external conventions, seminars, workshops and competitions.
8. Directly manages the deans and department heads to ensure proper operations by following the policies approved for the campus
9. Consolidates budget proposals for the recommendation and approval of the executives. Disburses budget as approved by the executives.
10. Manages petty cash funds to the campus.
11. Monitors and improves collection efficiency.
12. Ensures the completeness, durability and presentation of facilities and equipment are standard as approved by the executives.
13. Reviews and approves information to be posted on bulletin boards.
14. Manages Department Head meetings and attends activities, to ensure proper standards are met.
15. Ensures that IMS and other accreditation standards are implemented, monitored and documented.
16. Submits monthly, semester, and annual reports of the executives.
17. Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
