- Menu Development:Collaborating with the pastry team to develop new and innovative dessert items that align with the establishment's style and cater to customer preferences.
- Inventory Management:Managing the ordering, storage, and usage of pastry ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
