The Gastro Club Corporation is currently seeking a Pastry Attendant/Line Cook to be assigned at Lamano Cocina and Bar.
Work Location: CT Drive Compound, Tulip Drive, Davao City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily pastry production including Loaf bread, baguette, cakes, and other desserts.
- Ensure quality, consistent, and presentation standards.
- Perform mise en place preparation
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Timely and high-quality service during service hours
- Maintain station by ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Will be assigned to hot kitchen station when needed
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A diploma or degree in culinary or equivalent
- Specialized in baking or pastry is preferred
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in professional kitchen or bakery
- Proficient in preparing, baking, and decorating wide range of pastries and desserts
- Has good interpersonal skills
This position offers a basic pay with service charge compensation.
