Qualifications:
- College Graduate Bachelor's degree related to Science, Technology, Engineering and Communication or 2 year technical/vocational course (with certificate of completion)
- Must have 1 yr. of CSR/TSR experience.
- Strong knowledge in troubleshooting issues with mobile phones and PC/Laptop
- w/ TSR experience in a BPO company handled international account.
- Good to Excellent communication skills
