Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our growing BPO company, supporting a Healthcare account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of customer service representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of agents to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Monitor daily operations and provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team outcomes
- Prepare and analyze reports related to team performance metrics
- Address and resolve operational and client-related concerns efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client expectations
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in any account (Healthcare campaign experience is an advantage)
- Bachelor’s Degree completed (required)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu
