Hiring post: Customer Success Representative

Responsibilities:

1. Onboarding & Account Configuration:

*Set up and manage new GoHighLevel sub-accounts for agency clients.

*Onboard new clients seamlessly by configuring their accounts and enabling key features.

2. Client Outreach & Engagement:

*Send daily outreach messages on social media to connect with prospective clients for our agency.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

3. Workflow Management:

*Communicate with clients effectively through WhatsApp to ensure their requirements are met.

*Collaborate with team members using Monday.com to manage and streamline workflows efficiently.

Key skills/knowledge in order of priority:

-Strong communication skills & mastery of the English language

-Experience with customer service

-Extremely detail oriented

-Ability to learn and adapt to unfamiliar software quickly

-General knowledge of marketing, SEO, -Google My Business listings, and instagram

-Critical thinking - you must be able to think about problems and come up with intelligent solutions on your own

-Team player - must be coachable and enjoy working with others

-Familiarity with monday.com and gohighlevel.com software a big plus

Required Qualifications:

-Minimum 3 years of experience with customer service

-Minimum 2 years of experience in some area of marketing

-Minimum 2 years using monday.com or any other workflow software

-Minimum 2 years using gohighlevel or any other CRM system
