Qualifications:
1. Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets
2. Educational: Associate Degree, College Undergraduate, College Degree
3. Preferably lives nearby the area
4. Minimal Knowledge in timekeeping
5. Organized, Disciplined, Reliable
Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Filing of Construction Management Division controlled documents.
2. Accurately monitor and record employee attendance, overtime, leaves, and absences using the company’s timekeeping system
3. Process accurate salary disbursement to all workers
4. Coordinate with the accounting department for salary release and resolve any payroll discrepancies or concerns raised by employees.
5. Maintain and update employee 201 files, ensuring that all personal records, contracts, government documents, and disciplinary actions are complete and properly filed.
6. Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion, in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
7. Assist HR in monitoring contract expirations, renewals, and onboarding/offboarding documentation.
8. Generate duplicate copy of documents through photocopier and scanner
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
